Hi Friends,
Come join for an evening weekday ride through Central Park, down the Hudson River Greenway, across the Brooklyn Bridge, and ending at Focal Point Beer Company in Long Island City. I incorporated an extra trip of the top loop of Central Park so that we make sure we earn the drinks and food at the end.
Focal Point Beer Comany has a wide selection of beers, a non-alcoholic option, and there are several restaurants next door: Mexican, Indian, and pizza. Seating is outside on picnic tables.
With a 6:00 pm departure time, we'll aim to arrive at Focal Point by 7:30 pm. The sun sets at 8:30 pm, so I'd advise taking the subway home if traveling far or if you feel it's too dark. That is what I'll probably be doing. Focal Point is very near the Court Square Station (7, E, M, and G trains), so we're lucky!
Please remember to charge your lights, polish your bell, and bring your helmet and water bottles!
