Board And Staff

Graham Weinstein
Co-Founder
Graham, a life long New Yorker, first experienced the power of group cycling when training for and completing a 3-day 275 mile fundraising ride from Boston to NY. As a novice cyclist, Graham's love for cycling was born. In 2010, Graham together with his riding partner at the time created OutCycling, the leading LGBTQ+ cycling network for everyone.
As the former Communications Manager for New York Road Runners, Graham worked ten New York City Marathons and witnessed the power of bringing people together to push themselves, physically and mentally, toward a shared goal. Graham lives in New York City with his partner and 4 bikes. Read more about Graham and the early years of OutCycling here: Bicycling Magazine, AMC Outdoors.

Cal Greene came to OutCycling in the spring of 2018 as the Coach for the youth team, the Fearless Flyers, and is looking forward to creating a space where LGBT+ youth can challenge themselves and develop cycling and leadership skills. He also serves as a team captain for Cycle for the Cause, the Northeast AIDS Ride and as a Diversity and Inclusion liaison for the LGBT Center’s Young Leader Council.
He has 7+ years in the Financial Services industry and currently works in the Chief Operations Office in Asset Management at JPMorgan Chase.

Christopher Mathias
President - Adult Division, OutCycling
Christopher is a long-time New Yorker and cycling enthusiast. He remembers fondly riding his orange 1970s bike with a banana seat around the Phoenix, Arizona neighborhood of his youth. That bike provided not only transportation but freedom to explore long before he could hop on a plane and travel the world. Christopher initially came to OutCycling for two reasons: to build a network of friends who share a commitment to healthy activity and love for the sport; and as a way to train for the AIDS/LifeCycle 545-mile fundraising ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Thousands of miles later he is thrilled to join OutCycling’s leadership team and assist in growing the community and its mission.
Christopher has over 30 years' experience in executive operations for international law firms and currently works with the legal and compliance team at the San Francisco-based payroll platform start-up, Gusto. He lives in Queens with a senior dog named Lola and travels the world as much as possible...in planes and on two wheels.

Andre Knights
Program Manager, Fearless Flyers
An Educator in New York City High Schools, Andre has over 10 years experience in inner-city youth development and education. He is an experienced cyclist and knows first hand the health benefits derived from the sport. Andre is excited to blend his proficiency in youth development programs and passion for urban cycling into a program which help address the challenges youth face: higher risks of violence, suicide and substance abuse — often related to lower self-esteem and societal discrimination. The Fearless Flyers harness the power inherent in each participant to overcome their challenges one mile at a time.

Dianeldis Disla
Executive Director, Fearless Flyers
Dianeldis Diany Disla was one of the first Fearless Flyers participants to graduate from the program back in 2015. She saw the immense potential of the Fearless Flyers program and knew it was her destiny to be a part of this important mission. With marking her 5th year being involved, she has implemented a lot of new and innovative ways to help make sure OCFF seed is being watered and forming its roots. With 5 years of non-profit experience, background and community work, Mama Flyer has the formula to make things grow. She dedicates her time to manage daily operations for the Organization, not only for Fearless Flyers, but for OutCycling too. Her main objective for the organization is to go INTERNATIONAL and connect young queer inner-city youth around the world to this amazing opportunity that not only helps end Isolation, but gives its graduates FREE bicycles, helmets and locks.

Mohammad (Momo) Ullah, Pronouns: He/Him
Development Director, Fearless Flyers
"I first became involved with OC Fearless Flyers as a youth participant. The program helped me improve my cycling skills and social skills. It made me feel like I belonged to a team and was part of a larger community. Now I want to make sure I can give this opportunity to other LGBTQ youth in our mission to end isolation."

Peter Eatroff
Operations Director, OutCycling
Peter has been riding since he was 6 years old, and it has been a consistent source of joy and well-being. His dad bought him a 1970 Schwinn Varsity when he was in the 7th grade and he has pedaled nothing but 70s steel Schwinns ever since. His favorite way to spent a weekend is exploring new roadways, getting lost, and then always finding his way home.
Peter joined OutCycling 5 years ago and has ridden and led countless rides since then. What he loves most about being part of OutCycling is introducing others to the extreme joy one feels while cycling. There’s nothing more gratifying than riding with someone new to the sport and watching them grow that same sort of love. His number one priority is ensuring that every rider on the road has fun. When he says, “Enjoy the ride!” he means it.
