Dear OutCycling Family,
We’re thrilled to announce a series of exciting improvements that will elevate the member experience and strengthen our future. These changes reflect our ongoing commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ cyclists and allies to ride, train, and connect.
Simplifying Membership
To make membership more accessible, we’re retiring our multi-level pricing structure. Instead of tiers from $30 to $400, we’re moving to one flat rate that unlocks all programming, including our Spring and Fall training series. It’s simpler, more inclusive, and designed for the whole community.
A Fresh Digital Experience
A brand-new OutCycling website and club management app are coming soon! The new platform will streamline your experience with:
• simpler ride/event posting
• improved RSVP tools
• push notifications
• in-app messaging
• built-in polling
• stronger privacy and member controls
Because transitions can be bumpy, we will be extending special pricing through January.
What to Expect Next
We expect to launch the new website in just a few days. Some functionality will roll out gradually, and we’ll provide a new onboarding flow to guide members through the new app. Please continue to share feedback and bug reports as we refine.
OutCycling is growing, evolving, and becoming stronger than ever. We can’t wait to take this ride with you.
