A little hills therapy does the body (and the mind) good...
We'll start the ride from J. Hood, pausing for a quick photo on the GW. Then ride surface streets through Tenafly, Demarest & Rockleigh on the way up.
We'll regroup at 9W Market in Palisades to refuel & rehydrate. The route up to Nyack is pretty standard from there, with a lunch stop at Coffee Ride Cafe (or spot of choice).
After lunch, we'll roll through Rockland Lakes then back down 9W to the city.
Duration: Approx 6 hours
