Still in town and looking to get some miles in before Turkey Day? Come take a ride with me up one of my favorite trails, the Bronx River Parkway, to the Kensico Dam and back!
We start bright and early at the iconic High Bridge, snake up through the Bronx to the dam, with plenty of refueling options afterward in Valhalla. After that, it's fancy golf courses and posh neighborhoods all the way down through Bronxville until we get back to the city for a final sprint down the Hudson River Greenway. Hopefully there's still some foliage to see by then, but either way it should be super pretty.

Metro North stations are scattered here and there throughout, so if you don't want to do the full 61 miles, there are options. 🚈
All the typical rules apply: Bring plenty of water, snacks, and of course, a helmet. It'll probably be chilly to start at least, so be sure to layer up as well!

Hey ya'll, the outlook is looking a little damp for tomorrow morning, so I'm bumping this up to 10 with a meet time of 9.45, after hopefully the bulk of it will have passed.
I'll reevaluate the closer it gets, keeping open the possibility of rescheduling to tomorrow. Stay tuned...

Sorry to reschedule folks, but methinks it would be a more pleasant (and drier) ride if we rode on Sunday and stopped worrying about beating the rain.
