Hi all, NYCC is organizing a multi-day cycling weekend in the Finger Lakes this September. I'm wondering if anyone would want to join me for this?
They'll be staying in downtown Ithaca. People will stay in accommodations of their own choosing (maybe we can get an OutCycling Airbnb together?) and rides will be listed at various levels of rigor or comfort. A number of the NYCC folks have booked rooms at the Hotel Ithaca if that's of interest.
As for the rides, NYCC uses their website's 'calendar' to list the rides and routes so you can scroll through to these dates to find the options they've provided. As the number of attendees grows, they may list additional rides at various levels (they use an A-B-C system to rank rides' levels of difficulties).
Here is their tentative itinerary:

Thursday, 9/25 -
- Arrive in Ithaca.
- Group dinner.

Friday, 9/26 -
- Group rides including to Taughannock Falls and along Lake Cayuga (see the NYCC calendar)
- Group dinner.

Saturday, 9/27 -
- Group rides including Ithaca/Dryden/Slaterville Springs (see NYCC calendar).
- Group dinner.

Sunday, 9/28 -
- Group morning ride(s) - optional.
- Return to NYC.
If anyone has a car that could carry 1+ bikes, that could be really useful!
