Let's Join Tour de Elizabeth, New Jersey!
42 from Staten Island Ferry to their ride and then Jersey City Path Train Back

Join OutCycling Pride Ride Director Allan Friedman as he leads this ride from Staten Island Borough Hall (across from the Ferry) to the start of the Tour De Elizabeth which we will join from Elizabeth, NJ City Hall starting sharply at 9am. It's a relatively short ride after which we can have breakfast/brunch at a local restautant TBD and then ride on to Jersey City to catch the Path back to Manhattan. Catch the 7am Staten Island Ferry or find your way to Borough Hall... or take the Path and ride to Elizabeth on your own... their ride starts at 9am and we need to check in so an early start is safest. Hi Folks, looking forward to the Tour De Elizabeth! My partner and I will only be riding the SI to Elizabeth direction.
A few questions:
1) If my pace is more in the 10-13 mph range on flat rides around around Prospect Park, would this be a problem?
- If it is a problem, I can just take NJ transit to the start
2) I have already registered online for the Tour De Elizabeth. Not sure if this is something we should be doing: https://www.bikereg.com/tour-de-elizabeth

First of all - please - EVERYONE needs to sign up for the ride and PLEASE use the code for the $5 off discount because it lets them know you came from our club. The code to use is OUTCYCLING. Currently they show no one as registered so PLEASE either register asap please, let me know you did not use the discount and paid the full price but are a paid rider for Elizabeth, or please take yourself off the ride and do not join as the purposes was to lend support to their ride.
