Ride to Montauk from Hampton Bays

We'll take the LIRR to Hampton Bay and ride to Montauk. We can stop for sandwiches in the town of Montauk and then eat them out at the lighthouse. There's also a great place for lobster rolls. Then we'll ride back to Hampton Bays (or you can stop for a train along the way). I'm visiting family in Hampton Bays so I'll be taking a later train back to the city.

That is the same day as the Montauk triathlon.

Yikes! I'll have to check to see if 27 will be open to bikes.

They start at 7.30 AM and have to finish in under 4 hours. So if we start riding at 10 we'll be halfway to Montauk as they're finishing up. We'll probably miss the boys in their speedos.
