FALL TRAINING SERIES
Finish the year stronger than you started it.
7 Weekends between September 19 and November 7
Keep the momentum going through the fall! Our Fall Training Series builds on your summer fitness with scenic, structured rides through peak foliage season.
Groups are split into two levels based on speed, mileage, and experience:
Recreational and Advanced.
Both groups will meet for structured, supportive rides that gradually increase in distance and intensity over the 7 weekends.
Recreational riders maintain 12-16 mph on flat terrain
Advanced maintain16-20 mph on flat terrain.
Riders should choose the pace group that best fits their comfort level and goals as sticking to these ranges helps our groups stay more cohesive and enjoyable for everyone. We encourage riders to select the pace range where they can comfortably maintain the advertised speed throughout the ride.
