9 Weekends | April 11th - June 6th
Shake off winter, tune up your legs, and ride into Pride with us! Our 9-week Spring Training Series is designed to build strength, confidence, and community as we gear up for our official Pride Ride (week 10) on Sunday, June 14.
Groups are split into two levels based on speed, mileage, and experience:
Recreational and Advanced.
Both groups will meet every weekend for structured, supportive rides that gradually increase in distance and intensity over the 9 weeks.

Designed for experienced riders looking for a challenge.
The Advanced group maintains a faster, more consistent pace over longer mileage. Riders should be comfortable with group riding, pace lines, and sustained efforts.Ride 1: Piermont I - 36 miles

Perfect for new riders, fair weather riders, and those that wish to ride at a more leisurely, social pace. A steady, moderate group with a ride sweep so no rider gets left behind.
Ride 1: City Streets - 30 miles
Ride 2: Piermont - 34 miles
Ride 3: Rockaways - 35 miles
Ride 4: Nyack - 38 miles
Ride 5: Westchester - 40 miles
Ride 6: City Island - 38 miles

Finish 6 of the 9 Spring Training rides and we’ll treat you to a complimentary breakfast on ride 9 — you’ve earned it.
There are no minimum ride requirements or mandatory rides but we do encourage you to attend as many rides as possible as this helps build relationships with ride leads and members alike, and it’ll pay off in dividends when you check out those quads in June!
This series leads directly into our most joyful ride of the year, celebrating visibility, resilience, and queer joy on two wheels. Train with us, ride with pride, and show up on June 14 feeling strong, prepared, and very cute on your bike.
