Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and a commitment to advancing LGBTQ+ representation in the cycling community?

 

OutCycling is actively seeking an enthusiastic individual to step into the pivotal role of Strategic Planning to help lead and direct this grassroots 501c3 nonprofit organization as it enters its 13th year. The organization is run in two distinct, complimentary divisions; Youth (Fearless Flyers) and Adult, with separate leadership for each division. We are seeking dedicated individuals with a strong passion for our cause to join the Board of Directors as we look to expand our organization and embark on next-level growth.

 

The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and transparency.

 

Key Responsibilities of the President of Adult Operations:

 

  • Operational Leadership:Oversee day-to-day club operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects.
  • Team Management:Lead, inspire, and manage a team of dedicated individuals, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Corporate Liaison:Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts and sponsorships, cultivating and maintaining partnerships that align with the club's mission.
  • Strategic Planning:Work closely with the board to develop and implement operational strategies that support the club's growth and sustainability.
  • Event Coordination:Collaborate with various teams to plan and execute club events, rides, and activities.

 

Requirements for the President of Adult Operations:

 

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a sports or community organization.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in corporate relations, sponsorship, or partnership development.
  • Availability for regular meetings and events, with a commitment of 5 to 10 hours per month.
