6 Weeks To A Century

This series is ideal for recreational riders looking to get into great cycling shape for the spring and summer. We will start the season in mid April with a moderate 20 or 30 mile ride and slowly increase the distance over the course of six weeks to be in shape to comfortably ride a 65 or 100 mile ride in early June. 

 

The Spring Training Series is included with all membership levels. Our first ride includes an evaluation to ensure everyone will be riding at a speed/distance ratio that is comfortable for them.

 

The series kicks off in April with an opening party and Happy Hour and closes with a picnic celebration on the final ride.

 

Rides are scheduled for Saturday mornings with rain dates for the following Sunday. Your RSVP for each ride ensures you receive that week's STS update e-mail with the exact dates, start times, locations and other essential information.
