Alpine NJ - Route 9W
Start Information:Cycle up and over the George Washington Bridge. Once on the other side enjoy the relatively flat ride of Route 9W to Alpine NJ. We will enjoy a rest stop at the police station atop the Hill in Palisades Park.
This ride will be a great chance to shake off the last of the winter blahs and get your bike and cycling muscles warmed up.
We will do informal evaluations on this ride to ensure all riders will be riding at a comfortable speed/distance levels throughout the series.
Cycle back on 9W (flat) or venture down the hill and do the hills in Palisades Park.
